1. A planner is LIFE! Before now, my last planner that I ever owned was in middle school. My husband inspired me to purchase a few. I literally put any and every event I can possibly think of to put down. (Target alwaysss has really cute ones and you can catch them on clearance often!) Writing things down help so much because you can execute and use time management WAY better - From the kids acting classes, meetings, shipping orders, doctor and hair appointments.

2. Dry-Erase Board my goals and dreams! We bought a large dry-erase board and hung it right on front of our bed, so every morning, we can see and be reminded of the positive quotes, and long or short-term goals we are working towards.

3. WINE! 🍷🍾 Mommy Time is so important. I speak to so many mothers who feel guilty for taking time out for themselves and that just isn't life! In order to take care of the heiress & heir to the throne, mommy must feel at her best and litty AF! - The shower, with my Bryson Tiller playlist, Stress-Relief candle and a glass of Malbec is my fave zen. (And the closet I can get to an island in a few short moments).

I constantly get asked the same question:

"WHAT ARE YOU USING ON YOUR HAIR?!"

Ever since switching back to my HOLY GRAIL products and product lines, I've noticed my hair follicles improving and curl pattern getting better and better. I've also gone back and forth with being natural and then putting that "creamy crack" in it when being frustrated - BACK TO BEING FULLY NATURAL and I couldn't be happier. I'm a licensed MASTER COSMETOLOGIST and I've definitely, literally fallen back into my roots, nurturing my hair and being consistent.

Here's my regimen step-by-step. *Thank me later*

1. Shampoo X2 with Kera Care's 'Hydrating Detangling Shampoo' (Sulfate-Free) by Avlon Products. It's about $11 at your local beauty supply store or distributor.

2. Pat dry with a t-shirt(I used my Hubby's..Towels break your hair TREMENDOUSLY.)

3. Condition with Design Essentials 'Rosemary & Mint Stimulating Super Moisturing Conditioner', (about a quarter size for thicker hair, but a little goes a long way!) $12.99 +

4. Comb through from nape to top of hair, from ends to mid-shaft, then comb all of the way through from roots to ends.

5. Let deep condition, covering with plastic cap and under hair-dry or (when I'm multitasking, I wet up a towel with warm water and wrap around the cap, cover with additional cap.)**

6. Rinse. Dry with t-shirt again

7. Take dime size amount of Aveda 'Brilliant Humectant Pomade' and finger throughout out hair. Sub-section with wide-tooth comb into 4. $22-25, sold in Aveda Stores and salons only.

8. Let air dry for 10 mins. & spray all over with Kera Care 'Silken Seal Liquid Sheen' $12. (I spray in between passes of the flat iron as well. This does a WORLD of a difference! Most important step and it protects those follicles and creates an amazing shine! OMG!

9. BLOW OUT. Do most of your work with the blowdryer!!!!

10. Use a rat tooth comb to take small to medium sub-sections of your hair from the nape up and begin the flat iron process, slowly passing through the hair. I use my bristle brush or my rat tooth during this process. (Shouldn't have to do more than about twice. If ya do, invest in a better one. ;-) **I'm using the CORTEX Professional Ceramic, Argan Infusion Steamliner Vapor Iron. $150-250 This thing is the best! Definitely worth the buck.

Unfortunately, we will encounter an asshole or two, during our day. We can wake up on the right side of the bed, with great intentions for the rest of our day, with the possibility of being pissed off. Maybe you have that one negative family member or "friend", who always (without fail) places their fears/failures upon YOUR LIFE? Or that negative foe, Facebook "fan" Yeah...

1. Don't feed into it. It'll only make you angry. (And give the other person YOUR power) Now, as human beings, we do have breaking points and you have to respectfully let their asses have it every now and again. Because if you don't correct the behavior, it will continue to go on. Think about where you are and how far GOD has brought you. There cannot be peace without chaos. The enemy HATES when one prevails or is succeeding at something and will attempt to distract you. -Always.

2. Read something positive before you fall asleep and when you wake up. I always keep positive or spiritual books on my nightstand, in case I need it asap! A great find is "The Power of Praying Wife" by Stormie Omartian (even if the title doesn't necessarily pertain to you.) It's a great read and it may help feed positivity into your spirit- married or not. It teaches you about prayer, praying for others even when they may have ill will toward you. Another is "Moments of Mindfulness" by Thich Nhat Hanh. This one is another favorite. Short quotes/sayings that everyone should read and hold on to.

3. Do things that make you happy! Talk to those who inspire you and want you to win. Stop short-changing yourself by wasting time around "friends" or family who don't support or respect your change, movement or life decisions.

4. Realize who YOU are and why GOD chose you! Also, people are envious without awareness so it's important to try and ignore, smile and keep it movin' because even THEY hate the position they're in. It isn't personal. It's spiritual! Reverse the energy and gain your positive vibrations.

I hope this helps, guys! It helps me errr'day.
