As I continue my entrepreneurial journey, I constantly remind myself of this + even wrote this on one of my many ‘Post It’ sticky notes. 😅 Because it’s easy to have ideas but being intentional and executing them is a whole other story.
✨As black women, we tend to look around us, apologize for no reason, or wait until we’re 100% “ready” to pursue a new role or start a business. Men don’t. They’ll do it regardless of their qualifications/resources until they grasp the objective and kill it! Start and learn as you go!
Just a few things that have helped me with my small business/personal Life:
• NOT moving any Boundaries
• Stop Apologizing without Reason
And lastly ...
• Giving MYSELF Grace
Whether we work for corporations or small businesses from home, we are all growing and learning what WORKS for us & I’m loving my growth!
